My mission has been accomplished. I left the next day to return to Montreal by train. Why the train ?
I wanted to reminisce my trip across Canada by train at the end of 1965 when I was transferred from Cornwallis, Nova Scotia to Esquimalt, British Columbia.
I had just completed Navy boot camp at the time and I was heading to Esquimalt for my Radioman Trade Group One course.
