Leo W. Leppanen
My father passed away in 2012 and I'm still dealing with his stuff. He kept everything, and I'm not one to throw things out if I can help it, especially his beloved books. His name was Leo Leppanen, born June 4, 1929. We remember him as children in Sudbury, operating his ham radio in a small room in the basement, which was one of his favourite pass times. He was employed as an industrial electrician. He worked across Ontario, western Canada, the States, and Saudi Arabia for a year. Retired from the OPG, Darlington nuclear plant. Interests included ham radio, reading, astronomy, geology, photography, nature, ballroom dancing and a game of chess. Freida Clarke 24 January 2020
