Ontario Region: Fred Ternoway, superintendent, Radio Operations, retired after 33 years of public service. He was presented with, among other things, a retirement certificate signed by the Prime Minister ... Norm Weese has transferred to the Sault Ste. Marie office as district manager from the North Bay district office ... Richard Nassar, former Ottawa district manager, has transferred on a promotion to the Ministry of Transport ... Ms. Donna Pace, former northern communications coordinator, has left the department for a job with a hospital at Sioux Lookout, Ontario.

Central Region: Radio inspector Bill Wylie (see photo) has retired after 33 years of service with the Ministry of Transport and Department of Communications. Mr. Wylie spent many years as officer in charge of the Whitehorse aeradio station ... George Kaye, supervisor of Monitoring Services, transferred to the Edmonton district office from the Moncton office ... Wayne Assen, a radio inspector from Winnipeg, has transferred to the Calgary district office.

Pacific Region: G. G. Jorgensen, formerly of the Kelowna office, has been named the district manager of the new Cranbrook office ... Frank Van der Zande has transferred to Prince George as the supervising inspector from Fort Smith ... R. W. Catherall, also a supervising inspector, has transferred to the Prince Rupert office from Yellowknife.

Wylie a passé nombre d'années à la direction de la station radioaéronautique de Whitehorse... George Kaye, responsable du service de contrôle, est muté de Moncton à Edmonton... Région du Pacifique : G.-G. Jorgensen, du bureau de Kelowna, est nommé directeur de district au nouveau bureau de Cranbrook.
